Interconnectable via Bluetooth

Connected lighting is as easy as this. The latest generation of Bluetooth technology provides connectivity and lets you select any chosen light settings via a free STEINEL app.

Main light level

Up to 3200 lumens of neutral or warm-white light always provide the right lighting solution; the opal diffuser shade gives a pleasant spread of light over a large area.

Backlight

Built in specifically for this purpose, LEDs conjure an inviting atmosphere through the rear light outlet and create exactly the right lighting mood to suit any situation. This function is very easy to set via app.

Basic light level

The basic light level mode (10 - 50%) ensures sufficient orientation while also saving energy (costs). As soon as the built-in presence sensor detects movement, it switches the main light on.

Emergency light

Running on 3 rechargeable batteries (AA), the emergency light switches on automatically in the event of a power failure and guarantees sufficient light. The clever part: the batteries can also be tested via app for added user convenience.

Add-on emergency light module

The optional emergency light module simply clicks into the light enclosure. This means that existing R series lights can be used for escape and rescue routes at any time.

Optimum reach

Patented live detection with directly visible feedback permits fast adjustment to suit any requirement. The chosen sensor reach (Ø 1 - 10 m) can be adjusted very easily by slide control in the app.
